I offer an integrative, compassionate perspective on yoga and meditation in all my trainings. My 200-hour training is registered with Yoga Alliance and I am a continuing education provider. My Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training is certified with the International Institute for Complimentary Therapists. I've made it my purpose and life's work to share my knowledge and experience - to help you learn how to reduce stress, take simple steps to be healthier, get to know your body through movement, find balance and ease even amidst life change and challenge, and become a happier, healthier person overall.
