Mindful Yoga Teacher Trainings
I offer an integrative, compassionate perspective on yoga in all my trainings. My 200-hour training is registered with Yoga Alliance and I am a continuing education provider. Whether you choose to teach or whether you want to dive into self-improvement and loving practice just for you, learn more.

White-knuckled fists clenched in frustration, jaw tight, shoulders hunched up around my ears, I drowned myself in Twizzlers and jelly beans. My energy and spirit sank along with the rest of me. I was stressed, unhappy, and unhealthy.
That was 18 years ago. Since then, I’ve transformed myself through yoga, mindfulness, meditation and healthy living. With each yoga class, I melted, softened, released tension. Plus, I got stronger, both physically and mentally. With mindfulness, I found connection and a taste of inner peace. My eating habits turned toward natural foods. I learned to fuel my body and soul from the inside out. Little by little, I swam out of the darkness and into the bright sunshine.
I've made it my purpose and life's work to share my knowledge and experience with people like you - to help you learn how to reduce stress, take simple steps to be healthier, get to know your body through movement, find balance and ease even amidst life change and challenge, and become a happier, healthier person overall. I would be honored to help and support you on your journey to a healthy body and a peaceful soul.
