Gentle Yoga and Meditation Class at Ohio Township Nature Center
This class is perfect for those recovering from illness or injury, or those looking for gentle movement with breath training, mindfulness, and relaxation practices. Includes gentle, therapeutic movements to balance the body and calm and soothe the mind and emotions with meditation. No experience necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat and a small blanket.
