Whether you’re trying to lose weight or eat healthier... whether you’re struggling with insomnia, lack of energy, digestive problems, or something else, I can help you find a healthy nutritional balance for your body.
Wellness is about how all the pieces of your life fit together. We are not only fed by food but by other factors in our lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. In our sessions, you can “talk out” what’s going on in your life, and I’ll be there to support you. I’ll teach you techniques to manage stress and I’ll help you find more joy in life.
I work with individuals, as well as small and large groups to develop specific wellness programs. Your personallized program will help you discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. In your program, you’ll set and accomplish goals, explore new foods, understand and reduce cravings, increase your energy, feel better in your body and improve personal relationships.
