Meditation & Stress Reduction
Meditation in the workplace, has become a hot topic, with good reason:

In addition to reducing stress, meditation improves confidence and mental concentration, which, for anyone from a top level executive to an administrative assistant, can equal calm, clear, more focused decision making.
I developed this Meditation & Stress Reduction program to specifically address all that an employee must cope with in his or her job. In this program, I will teach participants techniques to reduce and manage stress, increase their ability to focus, and improve their ability to make decisions, by helping them tune into their instincts. The program is available as a workshop series, a weekly class, or a one time seminar.

My nutrition and wellness program for employees empowers participants by educating them about food and how other factors in their lives contribute greatly to their health. I cut through all the nutrition nonsense that's out there and offer simple ways increase health and vitality. Stress reduction techniques are offered to help employees manage stress at work and in their personal lives.
